Nature Preserve

One beautiful Saturday afternoon I decided to take the girls to a local nature preserve. We had some unseasonably warm weather for October, 70's, and we needed to get out and about for fresh air.
There are so many things that I miss about growing up in the country that I wish the girls could experience....mud pies, creek walking, salamanders, pollywogs, fireflys, the night dew on the grass...ect
So given all that, and the fact that they are city girls,  need to expose and teach them when I can. And also roll in some environmental conservation. Its a great place!! Mary Louise Nature Preserve. We will check out Tift next....
