Here she is in all her Glory!!

Eleven months old now, and cruising! My latest guestimate on weight is 18.4. I tried to weigh her on the digital scale at Grandma Anne's, not sure how acurate. So I guess as far as growth charts go she is still a peanut. We have been feeding her mostly table food. Mix some baby food in there to make sure she is getting enough. She is dooing great at feeding herself. She has tried spahgetti recently, and various meats and fruits. There really isnt anything at this point she doesnt like. She loves cheese, just like her momma! She gobbles that up! Eats a whole cheese stick for snack!

Suddenly she is holding her own bottle. Its like one day she woke up and decided that she wasnt going to torture me anymore with the bottle, and risk me getting yelled at by the doctor on the next appointment. Thank you dear Chloe for saving me.

Chloe's friend Baby Ava came over to visit for the Super Bowel bash. they play very well togther. Ave is exactly three months younger. And I think vicki and I are always waiting for one to bash the other in the head or face. It hasnt happened yet....we are still impatiently waiting for Baby Zoey to make her appearance. She sure is taking her sweet time! My friend Meg is due this weekend and it seems like we have been waiting so long!

Catching up January!!

Catching up January- our little beans was so exhausted by all the christmas fun, we all needed a break. Grandma and Granpa Bryan and Jordan came out to visit for a few days, and that was fun, then off the Rochester to see Grandma and Grandpa Claeys!! What a crazy few days....Before the holidays, in early december, Chloe only had two teeth. And all of a sudden there was a teeth explosion!! At this point she had four teeth coming in at once, and a cold....not so good. Her sixth, seventh and eighth teeth started coming in this month and have pushed through!! Yikes, it was a tough one. And to top it off we had a little bout of pink eye! Boy putting those drops in was fun, I am not sure who it was worse for, Chloe, I have never seen her scream so hard, or poor jon who was holding her head still while I put the drops in. Not a pretty sight. Here are some happier times below in the tubbey!!!!


This was a big month, the teeth the pink eye, ect...Then all of a sudden within a few days time she started going from her tummy to sitting and then to crawling and then pulling herself up onto her knees...so fast!! Once she figured out tummy and sitting to crawling from that postions, all bets were off! SHe is everywhere. Her usuall rounds are from the stand with a lamp in it, to the sliding doors on the TV stand to the fireplace and the poker!!! She has been doing the army low crawl for months but at this time the all fours crawling started and watch out!! She follows us out of the room, into the bedroom or kitchen. She sits outside of the bathroom and waits for us to get out. Too cute!!!

Below, she loves the remote, always trying to fine a way to scheme and get it. I give her the DVD remote to play with so she cant mess anything up. She will play with a remote and or coasters, forever!O
Oh with all this pulling up has come the bumps and bruises. She took a header into the edge of the coffee table and scraped her chin...mostly she grazes something and it is the end of the world you know...She has been holding the sippy cup much better this month, and is mostly flying solo with that these days. Still working on the bottle. She is so stubborn. She absolutley refuses to hold it to drink, but as soon as she is done drinking she is sure to grab that bottle with both hands and wave it in front of me as much as she can, in defiance....oh just the beginning I am sure....she has become quite the ham for the camera. Our camera has a red focus light that comes on, and now she knows, as you can see below: she is posing...good shot of her teeth though.

She has been such a happy baby. She is full of laughter and giggles. She can be very silly and loves to play with daddy. She has been starting to dance when she hears music. She bobs up and down on her knees and shakes her head back and forth. So funny!! I laugh hysterically and then she gets laughing. Gets me every time. Another good shot of her teeth below....
