So we have been very busy and very behind so I am going to have to catch up the last few months!!! So much has happened.
May- Chloe started walking out of nowhere...across the living room one day. She was 14months. She has been furniture walking for what seemed like forever, two months, and I thought she would never take the plunge and there she was. It was all uphill, or down, from there!! She is funny with her new found exploration. All over the place, up and down testing her skills. We had a BBQ at the end of May for Jons birthday, and of course she had the opportunity she show her walking skills, but was shy and not feeling well while everyone was around.
June- 15months old now and some sort of switch has flipped. The tantrums have started. I thought it was too early!!! Just little ones here and there and they seemed to disolve on their own or quickly, but still seemed to soon. Her 15 month check up was good. Her stats are 20.2lbs and 30 inches. Still 50% for height and about 15% for weight. Still a peanut but doctors are fine with her growth. No issues. She is starting at this point to get her molars in. The doctor noticed that her gums were red and swollen. She started popping all four molars in at one time!!! Ahhhh...trying our patience. She did get some shots after this appointment and a week later I am home with her becasue of a fever. Well she likes to open and close doors all the time and I was trying to close the bathroom door while I was in there and she was pushing back, or so I thought. Come to find out her fingers were in the jam and I was pushing!!! Blood curdling screams followed and she took off running through the house...she had indents on the back and front of two fingers where skin was ripped off and bloody!!! Poor thing she was beside her self. But healed fine and was not the worse for wear.
The LA Lakers were in the finals this year. Nail biter for Jon and I. We had Chloe all decked out of course. She has matching Kobe Bryant sneakers on to go with shirt. The Lakers won!!!
